Grosperrin Cognac Liqueur
Discover this original recipe!
The realization is complex. A blend of rare alcohols, natural essences of bitter oranges, sugar, very old Armagnacs, French Brandy and Cognac, all aged for a minimum of 3 years in ex-American Bourbon barrels.
At the end of these 3 years, the liqueur is drawn off then maceration is carried out in a small tank with blackcurrant buds from Burgundy, in order to enhance the nobility of this unique liqueur.
Finally, the bottles rest for a few months before being marketed.
A naturally amber color.
On the nose, the orange notes are discreet, harmoniously mixed with notes of old Cognac, Armagnac and Brandy. The blackcurrant bud brings a certain elegance.
On the palate, the attack is supple, sweet, complex, without the characteristic sting of neutral alcohol-based liqueurs.
The finish, on bitter orange, is worthy of that of a Cognac or an Armagnac, the woody notes are soft and well established.
A table liqueur inscribed in the 19th century liquor tradition!
To be enjoyed fresh!
