This Rum Chantal Comte Vieux La Tour de l'Or 2010 is an Agricultural Rum selected by him in room 11 of the cellars of the La Mauny distillery located in Rivière-Pilote in Martinique. Distilled in 2010, it was aged in ex- Bourbon barrels for 9 years until it was bottled on May 5, 2021.

In the glass, this Rum Chantal Comte Vieux La Tour de l'Or 2010 presents a sparkling topaz color with golden reflections. The nose is an explosion of aromas and the alcohol is imperceptible: elegance, minerality, amber nose, incense, cedar wood, vanilla. On the palate, the finesse and elegance are confirmed: amber, incense and cedar are added to sweet spices and tropical flowers. The persistence is exceptional.

A limited edition of 1800 copies, bottled at its natural strength of 62.02%vol.

Since 2017 Chantal Comte has supported charitable action, in favor of the protection of Caribbean biodiversity and the university training of young West Indian naturalists, initiated with the Caribaea vintage. Each bottle purchased will make a contribution to the Caribaea Initiative Association.
