The nose is carried by pancakes with maple syrup, followed closely by oatmeal and raisin cookies as well as simmered fruits. On the palate, notes of grapefruit and ginger appear and enhance the scents that predominated on the nose. Over time the glass reveals dried mango and star fruit while a touch of kiwi completes everything.
