Nose : rich, creamy. Superbly oxidative (wax, lavender honey), herbaceous (fern), exotic (banana, pineapple) and roasted (coffee), the first nose shows great breadth. Allowed to aerate, grains of malted barley cover the entire aromatic palette. Gradually, scents of zucchini flowers, green tomatoes and paprika permeate the ambient atmosphere for a long time.
Appearance : bright gold.
Mouth : lively, sharp. Immediately exotic (passion fruit, pineapple), the attack on the palate is at the same time deliciously creamy (milk tart), vanilla and herbaceous (cut hay). In the mid-palate, a subtle blend of beeswax, tiger balm and cardamom coat the taste buds. Flavors of warm honey, melting caramel and milky nuts then refresh the palate.
Finish : long, silky. At the start of the finish, cocoa powder spreads on the tongue while black fruits (grape, cherry) release a deliciously tangy juice. At the very end of the palate, sweet spices (cinnamon, ginger) bring a lot of rhythm to the tasting. The retro-olfaction reveals dried apricots, mangoes, coriander and candied citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin). The empty glass is malty, vegetal (straw), slightly medicinal and camphorous.
