CITADELLE Red 41.7° - 70cl
Rouge is a Distilled Dry Gin, permanent edition of the Citadelle range launched in 2023.
No less than 24 botanicals were necessary for its creation: to the 19 botanicals of Citadelle Original are added rhubarb, cranberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and blueberry. A slow infusion of these fresh fruits allows you to obtain an aromatic profile faithful to Citadelle gin, but with a delicious touch, marked by rhubarb and red fruits. Without any added coloring or sugar, it stands out for its transparent color.
To be discovered as a Gin Tonic, garnished with a sprig of rhubarb.
Appearance : Transparent, because without any additive.
Nose : Beautiful intensity and deliciousness, carried by notes of fresh red fruits, juniper and pastry.
Mouth : The deliciousness of red fruits responds to the subtlety and freshness of rhubarb, for an aromatic explosion full of complexity and balance.
Finale : Pleasant, refreshing, with persistent tangy notes.
