Here is the second reference in the Volt-Face range from Famille Ricci dedicated to cask strength !

This time, it is a blend of rums from Barbados (65%) and Jamaica (35%). Two terroirs that everything seems to oppose, but which, here, come together harmoniously through the magic of blending, an art that the Ricci Family seems to have mastered to perfection!

Aging took place in ex-Pineau des Charentes Blanc barrels and in new chestnut barrels.

Bottled without reduction, this brut de cask delivers great power: 66.4°.

This still allows this old rum to reveal gourmet notes of roasted pineapple, chocolate, almond and warm chestnut.

A new creation inspired by Famille Ricci, which brings the spotlight to Cannes and its region…

Faced with this rum, no one will turn around!
