Brenne is an organic single malt with a fruity and pastry register that fully asserts its attachment to the French terroir. Produced from French organic barley and resulting from a double distillation, according to the traditional method used in Cognac, the distillate waits several years in Limousin oak barrels, then in cognac barrels giving it complexity and sweetness. The whiskeys are assembled in small batches.

Tasting
Nose : Complex, creamy. Initially marked by notes of flowers and exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), it evolves on peat and ash (soot) before becoming marine (salt, iodine, smoked fish) and spicy (camphor). , cinnamon).
Taste : Rich, creamy. Smoke and sleet rub shoulders with white flowers and citrus fruits (lemon). It develops on spices (pepper) and red fruits (raspberry, blueberry).
Finish : Long and mineral (gunflint, slate), it lingers on the fine acridity of peat and liquorice. The dry extracts, once the glass is empty, reveal notes of white pepper, earth and truffle.
