Nose : spicy and delicate, it is also fruity (yellow mirabelle plum, peach skin) and chocolate. It lingers on old leather, dried tobacco leaf and dried fruits (apricot, fig).
Mouth : delicious and generous, it provides a sensation of candied fruits (orange peel), fruits in brandy (griotte) with a beautiful creaminess. Creamy, it develops on toffee, mocha and grilled dried fruits (hazelnuts).
Finish : long and worthy of old Speyside whiskies, it is marked by praline, burnt wood and cigar smoke. Anise flower and citrus fruits bring freshness to this whisky. Fine herbaceous notes are also present (dry herbs).
