Fruity, funky and spicy. Aged for 6 months in demijohns before bottling.

Tasting notes:

Appearance  :  Deep brown.

Nose  :  Rich, sweet and fruity with pear candies, calvados, baked apples with currants and cloves, milk chocolate buttons, dark chocolate with cherry liqueur, cherry candies, strawberry sorbet, lemon sorbet, flaked almonds, chili olives, black pepper, shoe polish, hair gel and vinyl records tucked into a leather jacket.

Palace  :  A very funky explosion with rubber raincoats, tobacco, cherry candies, a fiberglass boat with a polished chrome rail, polished jewelry, cumin, paprika, cardamom, cinnamon, anise twists, orange jelly and milk chocolate bars.

Final:  Hard orange candies and cherry candies.

Tasting suggestion : Neat, aerate for 30 minutes.
