History/Origin : The clementines used for this brandy come from small orchards in Corsica, cultivated using organic farming methods. After being picked from the tree, they are transported to the distillery in refrigerated trucks to preserve their full aroma. They are then hand-cut and macerated before being distilled in red copper pot stills. The brandy is then aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain the fruit's freshness.
