The Organic range has made a remarkable debut in cellars and fine restaurants where young sommeliers love it. It is supplemented by a few purchases of old barrels from neighbors and friends which Jean Pasquet (son of Jean-Luc Pasquet) after a few months of work, transforms into collectible Cognacs in a selection simply called Family Treasures. Jean-Pierre's Cognac is a new rare pearl. It's a very pretty rancio, accompanied by notes of raisin, beeswax and citrus fruits which tie the whole thing together. The tasting is supple and very round for the degree. The notes of currants return, citrus fruits and more precisely blood orange give a lot of freshness. This vintage offers a remarkable finish, revealing spicy and peppery notes. A real treasure!
