This fine pear eau de vie, soft and particularly bouquety, was produced in St Desirat, a village in northern Ardeche, located in the heart of the best Williams pear producing region: the Rhone Valley. Distilled in accordance with ancestral traditions, this brandy exudes a collection of aromas and nuanced flavors which gives it great finesse.
