Samurai Rice Sake from Asahikawa Distillery in Hokkaido has a deep flavor and sharp taste coming from the use of very pure rice grains. Traditionally, sake is drunk cold, hot, or on ice as the Samurai drank it, but also with soda and/or lime juice. Its consumption is recommended for Sake-based cocktails, but also with sushi, sashimi, seafood and salmon tartare.
