Coat : Deep purple color with brilliant highlights.
Nose : Complex aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), with notes of cedar, tobacco, licorice and spicy and mineral nuances.
Palate : Rich and structured with silky tannins and lovely freshness. Ripe fruit flavors blend harmoniously with spicy, woody notes and a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent.

Red meats : Ideal with a grilled rib of beef, a pork tenderloin with mushrooms or a rack of lamb with herbs.
