The estate - History:
Established in 1987 in Juliénas, Laurent and Martine are the fifth generation, and Adrien and Maxime the sixth, to cultivate the family vineyards. The estate spans six Beaujolais crus (Juliénas, Moulin-à-Vent, Morgon, Chénas, Fleurie, and Saint-Amour). They continue the work of their ancestors, upholding a long tradition, as evidenced by the history of Juliénas, which mentions the Perrachon family among the winegrowers as early as 1601.
Fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks and demi-muids (500L barrels).
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Tasting notes: Aromas of white fruit, citrus and toast. The palate is rich, elegant and complex.
