Tasting

A vibrant, slightly dark robe. Its nose is elegant and refined. It is dominated by lovely notes of red fruit and a touch of musk, on silky tannins.

Serving temperature : 16
Grape variety : 100% Pinot Noir
Winemaking : Hand-harvested and sorted. Pressing is carried out, followed by natural vinification with fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging lasts 11 months in barrels and then 5 months in tanks to preserve its freshness. Bottling is done with light filtration.
