"The conductor's walnut baton lowers as the enchanting sounds of the violin float to
across the silent scene of the medieval crypt, the gleam of the polished instrument reflected the glow of
Candles, flowers, and luscious sheet music.
Appearance : Deep brown.
Nose : Linseed oil, walnut oil, polished violin, incense, velvet jacket, satin bow tie, lacquer for
hair, apple crepe, strawberry waffles with pistachio ice cream, luscious scores on
metal lecterns, lilies and roses in terracotta urns, and beeswax candles.
Palate : More fruity and spicy than the nose suggests, with a tart apple tarte tatin and sugar
spun sugar, pear and cinnamon tarts, figs coated in dark chocolate, caramel blancmange, and
nutty marshmallows.
Final course : Chai tea, chamomile tea, custard, walnut marshmallows, and apple slices
dipped in chocolate
