We had the opportunity to taste the first two vintages of the brand, two white rums which made a strong impression on us…

The Providence distillery is located in the heart of the capital Port-au-Prince.

And here is the first amber rum that she reveals to us… What should we think of it?

The choice of barrel is important and the distillery turned to old Caroni rum barrels, for maturation of 3 years.

The nose, lively and intense, is very rich: exquisite floral, medicinal and fruity notes are offered to us.

The palate directs us towards cane, tobacco, as well as very delicious pastry flavors.

Our interest is therefore confirmed for this brand, with its strong potential: in fact, each new vintage surprises and delights us!
