Nose : Initially particularly malty, delicious and fruity (candied citrus fruits, grapefruit juice, vine peach), it also reveals itself to be winey and pastry (brioche, pastry cream). The orange zests bring a lot of freshness to this real dessert platter.
Mouth : Full, rich. It is powerfully fruity, the orange jam mixes with dried fruits (walnuts, roasted cashew nuts). A soft and fine bitterness is gently imposed. The malt for its part makes a comeback, accompanied by red fruits (blackcurrant) and muscat grapes.
Finish : Biscuit and slightly salty, it is also finely peppery and lingers with a slight herbaceous astringency and delicate notes of gentian.
