The first nose is vegetal and roasted. Quickly, it appears spicy, tarry and honeyed (fir). Allowed to breathe, it becomes delicious (tarte tatin). Full of liveliness, the attack on the palate evokes a raspberry brandy. In the mid-palate, this youthful interlude gives way to confident maturity. Gourmet, the finish is very Andalusian (pedro ximenez), floral (carnation) and wonderfully malty.
