TORABHAIG Cnoc Na Moine (Peat Hill) is a peated single malt matured in a combination of Bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez casks. Part of Torabhaig's Legacy series, Cnoc Na Moine is inspired by the rugged coastline of the Isle of Skye, which overlooks the distillery. This hill is geographically located in Knoydart, across the Sound of Sleat from the distillery on the Isle of Skye. A rich, fruity, and spicy character is the result of maturation in Bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez casks, followed by waves of savory barbecue smoke. A delicious whisky to discover!
