This is a fruity and delicate white wine. It opens with a very floral nose, with notes of yellow fruit and vanilla. It has a lovely balance on the palate, with a structure of ripe fruit such as apple. It lingers with a lively, mineral finish.

It will be suitable for everyday cooking with poultry or white meats, but especially for grilling during the warmer months.
