The Trois Châteaux vineyard is a cooperative winery located between the Cévennes mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, on the northern outskirts of Montpellier. For 70 years, the winemakers of this winery have been dedicated to showcasing their terroir while respecting the environment. It is the leading producer of AOP Pic Saint Loup and IGP Saint Guilhem le Désert wines.

Michel Marty, a renowned Languedocian oenologist, settled at the foot of the Pic Saint Loup in 2013. An outstanding winemaker, he manages his cellar with a master's hand, guided by his experience and passion.

Grape varieties: Syrah and Grenache grown at an average altitude of 192m.

Tasting notes: Rich, with notes of rosemary, black fruit, and licorice. The palate is intense, with spicy notes. The tannins are silky.
