40% Carignan,
40% Grenache, 20% Syrah

Plots of old Carignan vines on soft limestone, Grenache and Syrah grapes from clay-limestone soils. Traditional vinification with long maceration.

Aging: in vats and 400L barrels for 1/3.

Profile: Spicy nose, camphor, rosemary and small red fruits.
Power and roundness.

Serve with: Red meats (mutton), spiced vegetables, pressed cheeses.
