NOSE :
Aromas of red fruits and spices.
TASTING :
A delightful, very fresh wine, characterized by pleasant fruitiness. It would be a perfect accompaniment to an aperitif.
WINEMAKING :
The grapes are macerated at 28°C in concrete vats for 3 weeks and fermented at 25°C. Extraction is carried out by punching down and pumping over. We add no sulfites from the harvest until bottling.
The wine is then aged in concrete tanks for 4 to 5 months.
