Slow-cooked dishes : Ideal with beef bourguignon.

The 2012 vintage can be enjoyed now for its well-developed aromas and flavors, but in magnum format, it also has good aging potential, able to improve for another 10 to 15 years.
Service Tips:
Temperature : Serve between 16 and 18°C.
Decanting : Decanting for approximately 1 to 2 hours is recommended to allow the aromas to fully develop.
