This Matsui Umeshu With Whiskey is a Japanese plum liqueur combined with a blend of whiskey from the Kurayoshi distillery, added at the end of the plum maceration. Light and easy to drink, the whiskey is very present while maintaining a nice freshness bringing out the fruity notes of plum.
