Distilled in a pot still at the legendary Clarendon distillery in Jamaica, this rum is aged for 13 years in its country of origin then 2 years in France, in Cognac barrels. This vintage, developed without any added sugar, has an ester level of 102 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol.

Tasting
Nose : Intense notes of banana and vanilla, with a touch of apricot and Jamaican pepper. Notes of persimmon, orange peel and ginger, evolving into tar, sea spray and camphor.
Taste : Rich fruity profile with notes of wood, vanilla, custard and toast evolving into melon, guava and cooked apple.
Finish : Coconut milk, oak, spices, vanilla, licorice, banana and star anise.
