Drawn from a carefully selected plot, this white rhum agricole is bottled at 56% ABV, powerfully and subtly expressing all the richness of fresh Guadeloupean sugarcane.

On the nose, remarkable intensity: pure sugarcane juice, lime, floral notes, and a slight salinity. On the palate, the balance is stunning between the raw power of the distillate and the aromatic delicacy, with herbaceous, peppery, and mineral nuances. The finish is long, dry, almost crystalline.
