Its nickname, “ 707 ”, comes quite simply from its titration: 70.7° .

Made from pure cane juice, distilled in a column at the end of which it is directly bottled - it is therefore a raw column - without addition of any kind, it presents a beautiful authenticity.
The exceptional intensity of its aromas is due in particular to its long fermentation period (3 days, compared to 1 to 2 days usually).
It has a vegetal and floral profile, which gives pride of place to sublime cane notes of great freshness that you will perceive when tasting it iced.
