RUM GUATEMALA XO EL PASADOR DE ORO 40% 70CL

The El Pasador de Oro brand is a new creation of the company “Les Bienheureux”, founded by Jean Moueix and Alexandre Sirech in 2013.

These two friends, passionate about the world of spirits, had already distinguished themselves in the field of whiskey, as evidenced by the success of the Bellevoye brand. They decided to explore new avenues, and turn to the West Indies .

Here is what led to the creation of this new brand of rum: El Pasador de Oro! Distilled in Guatemala , the different vintages are then transported to France, in Charente, and it is there that they are assembled and age, in Cognac barrels.

Here we discover a first representative: an aged rum XO .

Tasting

Color: A beautiful ruby ​​color.

Nose: This rum is woody, toasty and spicy. Chocolate, dried and exotic fruits are also present.

Mouth: Beautiful roundness and great sweetness, with notes of cane and caramel.

Finale: A pleasant vegetal freshness at the end of the tasting.
