WHITE AGRICULTURAL RUM BRAUD & QUENNESSON 50° 70CL

BRAUD & QUENNESSON 50% is a white agricultural rum made in the south of Martinique, on the fertile and sun-drenched lands of Habitation Grand-Fonds. This is where the Braud & Quennesson sugar canes ripen. Transformed with the greatest care by the cellar master to produce this superior quality AOC white rum. Here they fully express their remarkable aromatic character, a heritage of historical know-how and a generous terroir.
The nose is delicious; the notes of our sugar canes are well rendered and the evolution is oriented towards young fruits (Pineapple Banana), the warm side arrives with the notes of spices (white pepper), to finish with a zesty citrus finish (lemongrass, ti'punch).
On the palate, its attack is supple with a sweet and spicy pep. The flavors of cane and lime (noble sugar cane plant) allow free expression of gourmet notes with fine sweetness. The evolution oriented towards spice, enhances the notes of ripe fruit without imbalance.
In the finish, this white rum expresses itself with frankness and a persistent sweetness carried by the spice, which prolongs the intensity of this generous, complex and yet very accessible rum on the palate.
