The origin

Founded in 2016, A1710 is located at Habitation du Simon, a historic site in Martinique. The distillery uses a unique hybrid copper column still , combining traditional Charentais pot still techniques with modern column distillation. This innovative process yields exceptionally refined rums while preserving the natural aromas of the Martinique terroir.

Tasting

• Nose: A rich and elegant first impression, with aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, and caramel. Woody and spicy notes, such as cinnamon and nutmeg, intertwine with lighter touches of orange zest and white flowers.
