Released as part of That Boutique-y Rum Company's Cinema Labels collection, this 18-year-old traditional column-aged rum comes from an undisclosed distillery in Haiti. Bottled at 57.2% ABV, the label is inspired by Wes Craven's "The Snake and the Rainbow," a horror film set in Haiti.
The nose offers plenty of ripe pineapple, pear, and banana, with creamy caramel notes. On the palate, creamier caramel and crisp pineapple emerge, accompanied by a gentle herbaceous flavor, before a woody and peppery finish .
