This time, it contains a cask strength, so named because it was extracted directly from its barrel, without reducing its degree of titration by the addition of water.

It is the 2004 vintage that we are discovering here. An agricultural rum distilled in a column, bearing the AOC Martinique label and aged in oak barrels until 2022.

From our glass, notes of roasted coffee and stone fruits initially emerge. After aeration, we subsequently discover the presence of spices.

On the palate, the woody and spicy notes are very present. Then come the macerated fruits and nuts, which give this Martinican agricultural rum all its charm.

A new creation from Bally which, once again, reinforces our admiration for this great rum house!
