This twelfth edition of the Paradise series pays homage to the legendary, now-defunct Caroni distillery. Distilled in 1996 and bottled at cask strength, this single cask reveals the full power and depth of the Heavy Trinidad Rum style. Aged entirely in a tropical climate, it offers exceptional aromatic density, where dried fruits, tar, cocoa, and a touch of fine leather intertwine.
The Paradise series associates each edition with a contemporary work of art, here signed by Che Lovelace , highlighting the encounter between cultural heritage and spiritual expression.

Founded in 1918, the Caroni distillery ceased operations in 2003, leaving behind a unique legacy in the history of rum. Its few remaining casks, acquired by Luca Gargano (Velier), have revealed to the world the raw power and incomparable complexity of these Trinidadian rums, now among the most sought-after in the world.
