Our caravels, which performed so admirably last year, are ready for another voyage, returning to you laden with new experiences. Along the Cape of Good Hope and the Indies, they will make those who sail them masters of the oceans. But enough with the metaphors; our three new builds this year have the potential to double the success of their fortunate predecessors.

This is a blend of 2007 Belizean pure cane juice aged rum and 2011 Guatemalan molasses aged rum. Thanks to the patience and steadfastness required to achieve this, this rum displays a rugged yet disciplined character—a trait of the sea. On the nose, it offers aromatic notes that come alive with an almost martial rhythm. On the palate, it is long, elegant, and subtle. Always orderly and poised, it approaches herbaceous shores that complete the initial aroma. In the end, we are satisfied but not satiated.
