This deep black, rectangular bottle is instantly recognizable: it's a new addition to the Les Ephémères range from Saint-James. A truly unique visual design!

This range consists of exceptional cask strength whiskies, grand cru whiskies that the brand generously unveils to us.

This vintage is number 6 : after vintages number 1 and 7, number 6, which will later be followed by number 5. And this is to make up the birth year of the brand: 1765!

Produced using a traditional Creole column still, this third opus has benefited from 15 years of aging in the distillery's cellars.

From our glass rise irresistible aromas of nuts, cocoa, and spices, unfolding on an elegant woody base. The palate reveals notes of candied fruit, and the spices reappear with pleasure in a beautifully long finish.
