 Nose : Wonderfully funky and herbaceous, a chamomile lawn with marjoram and thyme, 
banana mint, sorrel, freshly cut grass, silage, barnyard funk, clay, limes, pistachio ice cream
 cream, croissants, salted butter and lacquer 

 Mouth : Dirty farm funk with grass, silage, brick dust, a light grassy smoke, rye,
 Prickly pear jam, redcurrants, cherries, honey and smoked duck with cranberries
 sauce 

 Finish : Olive oil infused with sage, thyme, and marjoram
