Special feature : This duo consists of two distinct rums:

1. Ron Regular : Distilled at a higher proof, it has an aromatic profile similar to Belizean rums with a predominance of citrus.
2. Heavy Ron : Distilled at a lower proof, it offers a more animal character with an explosion of volatile matter in the mouth, creating an atypical and unexpected profile.

These two rums were aged for 11 years in a tropical climate in ex-Tennessee whiskey barrels, which intensifies their aromatic complexity. They are bottled at cask strength (65%), with no added sugar or additives.
