La Favorite : the last family-owned and artisanal distillery in Martinique , which still operates using steam!

Today, it is part of Martinique's history. Owned by the Dormoy family since 1905, it offers some of the island's finest aged rums… and goodness knows the competition is fierce!

This 2013 vintage stands out as a new benchmark: this extra-aged agricultural rum has benefited from 9 years of aging, having just been drawn from the cask in 2022.

It is a cask strength whisky , bottled without reduction, which results from a selection of the brand's best oak casks.

Nose : Pastry-like, also revealing notes of ripe fruit.

Palate : Toasted notes and cooked fruits are coated with vanilla, in an aromatic accord that makes a profound impression.
