   • Alcohol content: 57.6%
   • Aged under the Australian subtropical climate, this rum reveals elegant notes of honey, caramel, vanilla and dried fruit, with a characteristic woody hint.

2. Clarendon 10 years old (Jamaica)

   • Alcohol content: 60.2%
   • A typical Jamaican high ester, explosive and powerful, with intense aromas of fermented banana, candied pineapple, solvent, and a spicy, smoky finish.

3. Saint James, 12 years old (Martinique)

   • Alcohol content: 47.8%
   • Martinique AOC agricultural rum, aged in French oak barrels. It offers a complex profile, marked by notes of fresh sugarcane, dried fruit, vanilla and sweet spices.

4. Hampden, 13 years old (Jamaica)

   • Alcohol content: 61.5%
