Nose : Rich, powerful. The initial aromas of heady honey (heather, linden), chili peppers (Espelette, Cayenne), and turpentine set the tone. With aeration, wonderful fruity (mango, guava), floral (mimosa, iris, hyacinth), and camphor notes extend the first stage of tasting.

Appearance : Orangey copper.

Palate : Ample, dynamic. Powdery (cocoa, ginger), the initial taste is deliciously smooth, with notes of chocolate and praline. Particularly evocative, the mid-palate is a delightful invitation to contemplate a landscape of sugarcane fields.

Finish : Long, luminous. At the start of the finish, infusions of verbena, white mint, and sage provide a perfectly timed refreshment. Lemony and simultaneously lactic (coconut, almond), the aftertaste is strongly imbued with flavors of blended cane juice and cane sugar.
