Here, we're interested in the "Eau" version: this Martinique AOC white rum was made exclusively from Blue Cane, a variety with a high aromatic intensity . The canes were harvested in 2023 , a particularly dry year.

Remarkable floral scents are present, reminiscent of jasmine and rose, which blend beautifully with the tropical fruits. Mango and banana, in particular, predominate and intensify in the finish.
