Limited Edition - last bottles available To celebrate 100 years of existence of Caroni (1918 – 2018), we produced a 2000 vintage, 90° Proof at 51.4°. This exceptional new product is an identical replica of one of the only Caroni releases in Europe during the 1940s when the distillery belonged to Tate & Lyle. Composed of a 100% blend aged in Trinidad, this Caroni once again presents very beautiful petroleum notes, characteristic of the distillery, as well as a rich aromatic palette which takes us on a journey between fruits (ripe banana, dried apricot, redcurrant, exotic fruits, etc.), woody (honey, vanilla, etc.) and spices (camphor, cloves, cinnamon, fresh tobacco, etc.).
