An essential principle, therefore, which La Favorite has chosen as the name for this special vintage, a precious limited edition: only 4100 copies are in circulation... Attention collectors!

This is an amber agricultural rum, holder, like the other vintages from this distillery, of the AOC Martinique label, obtained through strict adherence to a draconian set of specifications, a guarantee of quality.

This 2020 vintage benefited from an original maturation process: and that is where its "exploratory" character lies, legitimizing its name.

It was aged for eighteen months in three types of barrels: American oak heated at high temperature, French oak heated at medium temperature, then at low temperature.

This method influences the final aromatic profile, resulting in a rum with delicious aromas of almond, honey, and walnut, while on the palate, toasted and buttery notes unfold with great indulgence!
