Tasting notes
Nose : Exceptional balance between a deep nose, a smooth palate without being overly sweet, great aromatic complexity, and remarkable length. An exceptional rum for connoisseurs.
Palate : On the palate, it is powerful and full of character. Once the palate has adjusted to the alcohol, the fruit notes (orange, candied lemon) and herbal notes (mint, basil) become more apparent. A subtle oakiness provides structure, while the sweetness of the maple syrup notes ensures substance.
Final : The finish is smooth, despite the initial power on the palate, long and subtle, marked by a menthol freshness.
