ISAUTIER 15 YEAR OLD SMALL BATCH RUM 57% 70 CL

Founded in 1845 in St-Pierre, in the south of Réunion Island, Isautier is the oldest distillery still in operation on the island. This co-bottling with Velier consists of the last 3 casks from batch #36 of the Isautier cellar. It is a molasses rum that rested from 2007 to 2009 in ex-Isautier Rum casks, then from 2009 to 2019 in ex-Cognac casks, and finally from 2019 to 2021 in ex-Isautier Rum casks.
