From the Le Galion distillery, the last remaining distillery on the island to produce rum from molasses, this Poh edition perfectly embodies the Grand Arôme style: a powerful, complex, and deeply fermentative rum. After a slow and precise distillation, it was finished in ex-brandy casks, which imparts an elegant and unique touch, blending the intense fruitiness of Grand Arôme with the vinous finesse of its maturation.
