Tasting

Nose :
Flattering and indulgent, with notes of candied fruit and cinnamon.
Balance between spices/nuts and a fresh, vegetal aspect.
During aeration, a basket of ripe fruit and beeswax add a patina.

Mouth :
Intense and rounded, spreading over the palate.
Pleasant and balanced, the fruit aromas linger.
The second sip concludes with notes of leather and spices.

Final:
Rich and pastry-like, with rich vanilla and a pinch of sweet spices.
Complexity reminiscent of a real dessert. Cocoa powder, coffee, in the pure tradition of Trinidadian rums.
